TENANT ACCEPTANCE AGREEMENT FOR MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING
WHEREAS, Landlord and Tenant entered into a Lease, dated ________, (hereinafter referred to as the "Lease") for certain premises more particularly described in the Lease (hereinafter referred to as the "Premises") in the building known as Medical Office Building I.
NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the provisions of the Lease, Landlord and Tenant mutually agree as follows

3 Tenant is in possession of, and has accepted, the Premises demised by the Lease, and acknowledges that all the work (including the Work) to be performed by the Landlord in the Premises as required by the terms of the Lease has been satisfactorily completed, except for the items set out on the attached Exhibit B-1. Tenant further certifies that all conditions of the Lease required of Landlord as of this date have been fulfilled and there are no defenses or setoffs against the enforcement of the Lease by Landlord.
