Note: State Leases are designed for individual States, and may contain statutory references in their text, depending whether or not such leases are pro-landlord or pro-tenant in orientation. Statutory references are much more common in pro-landlord forms, since their main purpose is to waive statutory protections which favor the tenant, and to ensure certain remedies are available to the landlord in the event of tenant default.
