Nevada Commercial Real Estate Leasing
Nevada finds its main sources of income in tourism, casinos and gaming, hydro-electric power and mining. Nevada is the driest state in the U.S., enjoying less than seven inches of rainfall per year. A great deal of the state is uninhabited, although Clark County is home to over one million residents.
The majority of commercial real estate leases in Nevada relate to office buildings, shopping centers, industrial properties, and other commercial real estate located in major cities in Nevada, which include:
- Las Vegas
- Reno, and
- Carson City
